Crys from PXL Creations

I know it's been awhile, did you miss me? *smiles coyly* It's a new year and I am sure everyone is enjoying it. There have been a lot of new releases lately!

Hart Larsson of PXL creations was in the process of making a new freckled and fair skin named "Crys". I had tried out the demo initially and noticed that he was offering the face template for making custom makeups to his audience on his Flickr site. Me being the makeup fiend that I am, I immediately jumped on that and sent him my own makeup idea. He made it a wonderful reality!

As you can see in this image, there is a deep frosty pink lip paired with sky blue eyeshadow that fades to a soft pink up to the brows. The cheeks are slightly blushed to add to the overall look. I have to mention this, as a fairer haired girl I really do love the brown eyebrows. They're not so light as to start blending in with the skin tone, I still want my eyebrows to be distinctly visible from my skin. So this is a great color for me and medium to fairer hair women. Now to the freckles. It's obvious "Crys" is wearing makeup, but there is a little evidence of freckling on the bridge of my nose and cheeks. It's very subtle, but so adorable! You can see the collar bone here, it soft a subtle as well. It has just enough highlight and shadow to make it noticeable. I find the shape rather lovely. *grins* I know, I'm odd! But you cannot overlook the details ladies! Your fellas might not notice those areas, but in the end it brings your overall look together. Now onto the body shots:

The stomach is nicely defined, but not overly so. You still look like a woman, not a she-hulk! There are gorgeous highlights on the breasts, thighs, shins, back, buttocks and calves. Giving the skin a lovely yet natural glow. Also, adding to the illusion of a supple and feminine body.

I censored this because I do understand not everyone wants to see pixelated nudity. *winks* It's really a shame though, because the covered areas are really some of the more detailed and pretty out there on the market. Anyway, I needed to share this particular image because it better displays my favorite part of the body. Where the hips, pelvis, and thighs all meet. There is appropriate shadowing and highlights just where your hips would naturally protrude slightly. My goodness, it's really gorgeous. *squeals with glee* Here I go again, jabbering on about how much I like these odd little places on the body. *sticks tongue out playfully* Well, I do hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. If you like this, I may start trying to make some new makeup ideas for Hart to incorporate in future releases.

That skin is gorgeous. It's got some of the best shadowing I've seen.

I'm also amazed at your shape. Mine is self made and I've never been able to get the hips to look like that. 9_9

It really is a beautiful skin. There are several others available at the PXL Creations store, Crys is the most recent and I adore the new body detailing on it. There's also some gorgeous men's skins available at the store too, for your guy friends. ~_^ I've been trying to get my male friends to buy some, but they're so stuck in their old ways. Blah!

As for the shape, mine is self made as well. It took me a lot of altering the love handles, saddle bgs, hip length, and hip width.

I love my Crys skins--Could you explain what you mean about using the face template to make more makeup? Is that something we can do ourselves? I tried the link and it said I don't have permission to view that photo. I'd appreciate any information you have time to give. Thanks!

Oh, it's a basic face template so you know where the makeup should go. You need to sign up for a Flikr account to view the picture most likely. The way I understood it was that I made a variation of makeup on another layer in Photoshop, saved it as a .PNG and sent it to Hart so he could put it on the skin for me.
